There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. If your question is really about your own eyes, your prescription, or which lenses are right for you, an optometrist, ophthalmologist, or dispensing optician who can examine your eyes will give a far better answer than this site can. LensOpt’s tools produce educational estimates, not prescriptions or medical advice, and the site isn’t affiliated with any optician, lab, or eyewear brand.

Before writing in about a tool result, it’s worth double-checking the figures you entered — a sign flipped on a lens power, a millimetre reading, or a units mix-up is the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
